Our farm has origins that are lost in history, the hilly land surrounding the village of Gallano for an extension of 400 hectares gave work and fruits to dozens of families of nobles and peasants who, for generations, have had the privilege of living in these places.
The cultivation of cereals and legumes along with the presence of cattle reared in the semi-wild grazing on the lawns surrounding the village, have always represented the identity of our company.
The breeding of a large group of farmyard animals, as well as the recovery of an old orchard represent the next step to enable our guests to appreciate a really organic (and zero kilometers) products.
In its constant research in improving, our company has achieved, over the years, several certifications and awards in both the restorative that as a farm.
All our crops are organic, our cattle boast quality labels like Bio (organic), I.G.P. and 5R.
Crop rotation and the total absence of chemical fertilization allow to taste, without the intensive exploitation, the healthier fruit that our land can give us.
